Please take note of the new date:
The 2010 Roode 1000 Swim will take place on Sunday 31 January 2010...
Two weeks prior to the Midmar...
This promises to be the biggest Roode 1000 Swim ever, no more clashes with other Open Water Swims!

The entry form will be available early in October.
